Where your orders arrive

Orders land on the Orders tab and you get an email. Fulfilling them is on you: we take no cut, hold no stock and ship nothing. That is the trade, and it means an order sitting unfulfilled sits there until you deal with it. Check the tab rather than relying on the email, because one email in a spam folder is one customer who thinks you took their money.
